Getting Started

  • Use the navigation menu to access your home dashboard, logs, and reports.
  • Click "Add Log" to record food, bathroom, pain, or sleep details for any day.
  • View your daily and monthly summaries on the home page and calendar.
  • Update your profile to personalize your experience and set your tracking preferences.

How to Identify Your Food Tolerance Level

  1. 1 Choose a specific food item you want to test as your primary food item.
  2. 2 Log your food consumption daily, making sure to set the primary food item as the main entry.
  3. 3 For each day, also log your bathroom activity, sleep quality/duration, and pain levels.
  4. 4 Continue this process for at least 4 consecutive days with the same primary food item.
  5. 5 After 4 or more days, the system can analyze your logs (bathroom, pain, sleep) to help determine your tolerance to that food item.
  6. 6 This method helps you identify which foods your body tolerates well and which may trigger symptoms.
Pro Tip Consistency is key! Make sure to log all relevant activities each day for the most accurate results.
